Debashis is an author (7 books on leadership), a leadership coach, and a pioneer in the field of Asian models in leadership. He has taught leadership at Harvard University and at the Indian Institutes of Management, Lucknow and Calcutta. He is currently the Director of the Indian Institute of Management, Kozhikode (IIMK).
